I will be holding a solo exhibition at the cafe-restaurant “Bertrand Lachet Bretagne Kagurazaka”.
The theme of the restaurant is apples and buckwheat noodles, so I will mainly present new works that are brushed-up versions of the apple works I exhibited in my last solo show.
I focus on the form created by the primitive act of eating and make it into a sculptural work. The work also allows the viewer to feel the flow of time and lost parts of the apple as it is eaten.
The café is open for lunch, so please feel free to visit.
